4. Return Process
Contact us via Facebook page inbox or customer support number within 3 days.
Provide order number, product photos, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
Once approved, send the product back through your preferred courier service.
5. Refund or Exchange
After inspection, you may choose either:
✔ Exchange with another size/product
✔ Refund (delivery charges are non-refundable)
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
6. Delivery Fees
Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
